Inside, the accommodation is cosy and inviting, with exposed beams and ceiling trusses throughout, wooden floors and plenty of natural light. In the kitchen, you will find an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while a communal utility room houses washing machines and dryers on a contactless card reader. Once you have finished preparing your meals, retreat to the cosy lounge/diner. Beyond the dining table is a comfortable sitting area with TV/DVD with Freeview , perfect for keeping the whole family entertained. Upstairs you will find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with TV. A further double bedroom and the family bathroom with overhead shower are located downstairs, providing accessible accommodation for all.



Step outside and you will find an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for summer evenings. To the rear of the property, French windows open from the lounge out to a peaceful and pretty, enclosed gravelled garden.
