It is also possible to walk directly from the property via public footpaths to the popular 13th century pub, just over one mile away, and 13th century tea rooms, just slightly further afield. Beach lovers will also be spoilt for choice with an array of golden sandy beaches and unspoilt coves in the area and traditional fishing villages such as Padstow and Port Isaac. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Clovelly, Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and numerous National Trust properties.

Handily, designated off-road parking for two cars is also provided directly outside on the private parking area next to the property.
