« Stayed with our teenager and small dog, easy check in and property was super clean. Everything included that we could need. It’s quite hilly and the paths were a little slippy in the wet (so take care). Car park is very close to the property. A great base for exploring North Cornwall/Devon, excellent value and we would definitely stay again. »

« Location, Location, Location!!Amazing views from all rooms. Such a great house with spacious rooms.We have been coming to Bude for the last 7 years and this is definitely the best house we have stopped in.Parking is a little tight behind the house but this was made clear when booking so didnt worry us.I am sure we will back in the future. »

« Perfect host, lovely accomodation. Everything very clean and well catered for, comfy beds and well equiqed kitchen. We were a family of 3 couples so 2 bathrooms was just right. Any more guests than that we felt it needed a third bathroom, perhaps one upstairs. We loved the quirkiness of the panelled walls and the fact that you didnt know there were hidden doors. Hot tub was lovely though garden area needed attention. On the whole would recommend Grenville house as it was an easy drive to main...

« Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to. »

We all enjoyed the facilities of Wyvern house. - the youngest enjoyed the play area and trampoline and Lego and books games and puzzles. The teenagers - aged 16 enjoyed the sun deck , hot tub and Sauna as did the parents - and the hours of chatting , and watching the lionesses reach the Euro2025 finals! And we all enjoyed the beach(es) and exploring Bude »
