« This place is very comfortable It’s a studio that the bedroom is open to the kitchen…. But the very comfy couch and TV is around a corner and sleeping while TV is on would be easy. There’s water flowing behind the property that keeps the place cool since there is no a/cThe beers to try in the frig - bonus. Plenty of places for storage. Total privacy. Backyard can be lit up at night to cross bridge to hot tub… which we didn’t useWe rented again for a future stay. »

« This is an excellent rental, nice and quiet with great views in all directions - especially for sunrise, sunset, and star-gazing. Lots of space for myself and my two teens. Full and fully stocked kitchen, very easy to cook meals in which saved lots of money vs going out. Nice large tub for soaks - I brought some bubble bath along but it wasn't enough! Missed my bath "pillow" too though. There is a skylight right over the largest bed in the top bedroom, and I wish I had thought to bring a sleep...

« This house is perfectly situated, in that it’s a very short walk to the river and downtown and it has a cute front porch and backyard for hanging outside. The beds were very comfortable and the four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« We had a great stay. The location is beautiful and the cabin is very well stocked with kitchen/cooking utensils and extra bedding/blankets. The hot tub worked well and was very clean. Also, the wifi works great. The property is centrally located and makes a great place to basecamp your Arkansas Headwaters adventures. »
