« This place is beautiful, but I’m very sensitive to mold and chemicals and both of these were prevalent. The A/C had visible mold all around that and in the middle of the night a pest and weed control crew came and sprayed the heck out of the grounds with pesticides and herbicides.
If you’re ok with the above, than I will say that this place is quite beautiful, the pool is great and being right on the water is lovely. »

« View and location was perfect. We felt 100% safe. Only reason I can't gove our stay 5 stars, is the refrigerator went out the night before our last day. Those situations happen, but we lost alot of food. »

« So I’ve spent years coming to Baja for wind sports and more recently pickleball as well. This trip I spent a month in the Los Barriles area staying in all the rentals on the beach I had not checked out in the many years I’ve been coming and I keep coming back to the Casita at Ricks place. Hands down my favorite place to stay. »

« Everything was good except the hot tub and pool were colder than the ocean. They came to fill the propane to heat the water but after 2 days, it still didn’t warm up. Would have been nice as the weather and wind were quite chilly. »
