Preis / Leistung ok
Erstes Zimmer war aufgrund etlicher Mängel nicht bewohnbar. Austausch war jedoch kein Problem. Personal reagierte höflich und kundenorientiert. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir sind mit einer dreijährigen Tochter angereist. War ebenfalls ok und zu empfehlen.

Excellently located tourist hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location for tourists. We are glad that we stayed here and not in Palermo. Here are several reasons for the location. It is right next door to a large shopping mall with upscale shopping and a good food court. There are good restaurants with outdoor seating close by on other streets. The Florida street with lots of shopping is around the corner. And we had a leather jacket made around the corner near the hotel instead of at faraway Marillo Street. We could get to many places by foot from this hotel. Negative: From our experience, the weak part of a hotel experience is the bathroom and this was no exception. The drain did not work well but we encountered this at several hotels in our travels through Argentina and Chile. Also, the electrical outlets were not reliable for plugging in our electronics. But then again, Argentina has an inferior designed wall plug in general.

Modern, well located hotel
The hotel is very modern and has nicely designed rooms with air conditioning. The hotel is situated in a good area, close to many sights and the staff at the front desk are very helpful. The breakfast, however, is very poor: the tables are a mess, there are never clean glasses and cutlery (unless maybe you're a very early bird) and there's only a small selection of food which isn't renewed fast enough.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Die großen Shoppingmeilen liegen nebenan. 10 Minuten zur Metro. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale

We enjoyed the property location and convenience to AEP. Small annoyance was that our room keys would quit working multiple times a day so had to go get them reset 4-5 times a day during the stay. Primary issue for the low review was that the rooms were terribly hot. The main corridors and entry were very nice but the rooms were in mid 80’s. The temps outside were in the 90’s and it took until 2/3am for the rooms to cool down. When we told the front desk they just said the air conditioning was running and no other solutions. Nobody expected them to be 60’s or anything unusual however since the main purpose of the room is to relax and sleep, it was less than ideal. Id recommend as a place to stay if they can get the air fixed.

This place did not live up to my expectations. First of all, I arranged to be picked up at the airport before I departed from my original destination. Upon arrival I. Buenos Aires, I did not have any transportation. After two hours waiting at the airport and numerous calls to the hotel, I was finally told by the hotel to find a taxi. Horrible communications and poor customer service by this hotel. The hotel room was noisy and the bathroom was really outdated with mold in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke with minimal items available. The trays were always empty and no worker in sight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This property is maybe a two star hotel. Expedia needs to updated its review of this hotel. Again, horrible hotel. Find a nicer place to stay and stay away from this hotel.

Good morning Eddie, we are sorry for what happened with the transfer, the driver who was assigned to go on his trip had severe chest pain and had to be admitted to a hospital, we were able to get him another transfer who came to meet you and sent us photos that he was waiting for you at McDonalds, you did not give us a phone number with WhatsApp, therefore the meeting was complicated.Regarding breakfast, we consider it to be quite complete compared to other 4-star hotels in the area.May you have a good life.

Muita demora para executarem os serviços. Saíamos às 10 h para passear e deixava sinalizado que estaria livre para a limpeza e chegavamos por volta das 17h e não tinham feito. Isso aconteceu por 2 vezes, numa estadia de 5 dias.

The hotel has great architecture with the rooms having high ceilings and small balconies in the Argentinian stlye. The room we got was quite spacious. The only downside is the tub/shower situation which can be a bit difficult to get into and out of if you have issues with mobility. The staff are quite friendly and speak English, if you are a non-Spanish speaker. The hotel is next door to the Galleria Pacificos, a huge mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The atea surrounding also has several restaurants and it's very close to the tourist hotspots.

Hotel nivel medio/bueno y muy bien ubicado, pero que de ninguna manera valen los 280 usd la noche (habitación simple standard para dos personas) entiendo vinimos en momento de alta demanda, pero estos precios abusivos les hacen perder clientes. Venimos una vvez por mes a Bs As, no volveremos a este hotel. Entiendo quizá sea un abuso de la plataforma Hotels.com, pero los hoteles tienen que poner límites a la misma, de lo contrario seguirán perdiendo clientes. No todo es válido frente a la ley de la oferta y la demanda.

They need to get a better HVAC system. at times the temperature was pleasant, but then it was very hot and they couldn't get the temperature right. on the other hand, not all the staff are friendly, I think they should work on giving better, friendlier service.

Chequed in and the hotel room did not have A/C in Argentina in March... they did not have another room or fan or were not able to help much - arrived at 1AM, if not I would have moved to another hotel. I was looking forward to staying there... not anymore.

No asistan al hotel, es sucio y viejo, no vale dl precio que pagas, el aire acondicionado no es individual es general por ende te mueres de frio o calor, el meson para los pc o dejar cosas no es mueble son tablones que quisieron parecer rusticos pero no lo son, las paredes estan todas manchadas, entre y sali, preferi perder mi dinero a tener una mala experiencia

La estadía muy bien, el hotel en perfectas condiciones, edilicias y sanitarias, y el desayuno 10 puntos, buena ubicación, el personal amable y profesional, la habitación hermosa realmente. Lo único que tienen que mejorar es el acceso a internet en la habitación asignada, en otros lugares del hotel y otras habitaciones que he estado anteriormente el acceso era bueno. Volviendo al acceso a internet en la habitación, creo que se arregla con un repetidor, access point o un router más cercano. De todos modos el personal nos ofreció cambiar de habitación, pero priorízanos la habitación sobre el acceso a internet
