The apartment is in Palermo, near Araoz and Av. Santa Fe. It’s a super convenient area for everyday life: you’ve got cafés, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, pharmacies and supermarkets just a few meters away, so you can step outside and get everything you need on foot.

On Av. Santa Fe you’ll find many bus lines, and the D subway line is very close by, which takes you quickly to downtown, Recoleta, and other parts of Palermo. You’re also just a couple of blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall and relatively close to Palermo Soho, where you’ll find more buzz, restaurants and nightlife.

The neighborhood is very walkable and feels safe, ideal for coming back and relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
