„Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!! “

„Leider haben mein Partner und ich keine gute Erfahrungen in dem Hotel gemacht… schade, dass man unberechtigt so viel Geld zahlt, für eine Suit mit Poolblick und diese dann so hellhörig ist, dass wir schlaflose Nächte hatten, weil unsere Nachbarn rechts und links so laut waren. Wir hatten außerdem eine Kakerlake bei uns im Zimmer, die irgendwann tot unter meinem Koffer auftauchte. Der Pool war leider auch dreckig und wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch eine große Enttäuschung. ...

"The place itself is wonderful. It is very clean and has a very nice ambiance. Everything is in perfect order. From the top beginning with the owner, the managers Eralynn, Daniel, Kathryn and Dillionst the reception, the whole scuba diving team were incredibly friendly, competent and helpful. Couldn’t think of a better place to dive, snorkel and relax. Thanks to everyone (dec.2025) !"

"Die Insel ist wundervoll, der Strand, Aussicht und Umgebung ein Traum, aber die Unterkunft ist leider mit wenig lieber gestaltet und in vielen Bereich in die Jahre gekommen / nicht 5 Sterne würdig. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt und Dinge werde nicht aus dem Auge das Kunden betrachtet. Man hat teilweise das Gefühl das Geld verdienen im Vordergrund steht. Die Tauchbasis und das SPA sind super."
