FROM THE DOCK TO DINNER ON THE DECK
The deck has lounge chairs for stretching out and an outdoor dining table for meals from the gas grill. A picnic table offers another spot to eat outside, and the basketball hoop gives your group an activity between time by the lake and dinner. Beneath the deck, the private hot tub is a place to unwind at the end of the day.

COOK, GATHER AND SPREAD OUT
The main living room's sofa and wall-mounted TV sit beside the kitchen, so the group can stay connected while someone cooks. Prepare meals with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher; the island has four seats for breakfast or company during meal prep. A separate dining table offers seating for shared meals with windows looking toward the lake.

Downstairs, the sectional and TV in a second lounge give part of the group a place for a movie while others gather upstairs. Another lower-level room has a sofa, TV and chalkboard wall, and an additional dining table provides a separate place to sit together.

FIVE BEDROOMS, SIX QUEEN BEDS
Choose sleeping arrangements across two levels:
- Main level: three bedrooms, each with one queen bed.
- Basement: two bedrooms—one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed.

There is a full bathroom with a shower on the main level and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination in the basement. Stairs connect the two levels.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and an in-home washer and dryer make it easier to settle in. Parking accommodates up to five vehicles: four on the concrete pad in front of the garage and one in the gravel area beside it. Up to four dogs are welcome.
