The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly.“

„Very friendly welcome, we booked a suite, because no dogs are allowed there, which is probably a good idea when you have allergies. The suite was very spacious and romantic. The food was delicious, although I suspect that the breakfast portion size could be a bit larger for some people. The hotel has much charm and is situated in very quiet surroundings. The guest book proposed many things to do, but visitors should come by car, to get around easily. Parking spaces were more than enough outside. ...

„The stay we had at The Bears Paw was perfect, rooms clean, food amazing, staff so friendly. We brought our dog, Paddington with us and the staff made him feel so welcome and he was even given a little gift on arrival and a sausage at breakfast. We had found this hotel on the off chance as we had come up to get some work done on our camper van! What a gem of a find! X Beautiful, cosy, clean, friendly hotel! We will definitely be returning. „Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. “
