« The AC unit needs to be in the bedroom area if not they need to tear the wall down for better air circulation to the bedroom area. A ceiling fan would be ideal for better circulation. Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night. »

« This easily could have been a 5 star stay but the cold weather had a big impact. The pipes froze overnight on the 2nd of 3 nights so I didn't have water the last day and a half of my stay. The main tv was broken and had to use a smaller one on the side table. Also the fireplace heater was broken and the small portable heaters could not keep up with the cold, when I woke up the last morning it was probably 45 inside. Again, nothing that could be controlled by the host. I will definitely be coming...
