Guest Access:

Guests have full access to both homes, outdoor patios, and the fire pit area. The home closest to the back of the property is for owner use only.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located - only a 7 minute drive from Round Top, 5 minute drive to Carmine, and 6 minute drive to Burton! Please note: The property is located off of the main road. Expect to hear road noise.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 4% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front and sides of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement.

- The back house is for owner use only.
