Checked into the hotel to find signage around the property dictating what guests can and cannot do. Once in the room found the bathtub to have spots of black mold around its rim & pillowcases unclean. Would have complained had we not found all these issues when staff was nowhere to be found on the property. Would not reccomend staying here.

Pretty hard to find something to complain about here. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good and clean. Breakfast bar was good. Hotey is close to I-90.

The Hotel is ginormous and very clean, the room is huge and I got it on the cheap, I checked in very late due to work out of town and the staff was very accommodating. Good cable channels, good large bed, very rustic furniture, great for a hangout spot.

Filthy lobby and hallways. No elevator. Drive around building to park and enter per instruction from staff and door B-2 doesn’t work with key card. Had to walk around and go in through front. Then card didn’t work in room and had to go back twice. Room was filthy and toilet was running all night. Tried calling and no answer. I left voicemail which wasn’t returned.

Toilet uncleaned -- small pieces of feces in bowl and its rim. Hallway littered with detritus -- vacuuming obviously a few weeks over due. Faint, unpleasant smell, as of dust in room and hall. Dust on surfaces. Front desk staff on the unfamiliar with procedures to address my concerns, but super friendly, accommodating, and apologetic. I was offered a feces-free rom? but all other concerns above remained, so I canceled my stay and decamped for a better hotel across the street (Holiday Inn Wxpress)

The hallways appeared to never be vacuumed. The exercise room had what looks like drywall Dust on floor and colt cigar butts on the floor. The door was open as if to say ‘we are open’. The sauna/steam room was filled w paint cans. There are signs for extra charges - towels from pool in room, luggage cart in room, taking food from breakfast bar (yet not enough staff to Even have food In breakfast bar ). The doors to rooms are not adjusted correctly and therefore have gaping areas. A/c works intermittently. The mattresses were very soft and sagging. Quite a run down hotel. Certainly not up to the standard they allude to in their ads. Below average accommodations

I booked a room that they apparently didnt have, they called me to ask if I like a king suite or a double queen and i choose the king suite. When getting there after driving 16hrs they then informed me that they didnt have ant king suites left and i would have to take the double queen room for the price that i paid online for tge king 1 bedroom suite i had booked... I was a total rip off. I wasnt even offered a lower rate or a discount for all this troubles.

The bed was so high and uncomfortable, that I couldn't sleep at all. My husband got a stepping stool for me, but it still didn't he,p much. I am to short and too old and these beds are made for Young people or tall once, like my husband. What are short and old once do if they need a Motel room ?? It would be nice if a room would have 2 chairs and a little table, so 2 people could sit at the same time and not taking turns, The bathroom was so small, that you have to step in the bathtub in order to close the door, For breakfast their were no trays available in order to get some food and coffee to your room....but the staff was nice and helpfull. Not enough toilettpaper and not enough tissues. It is unbelievable for a Ramada Inn. We finally got our own tissues and toilettpaper out of the car and had some breakfast on the ironing board......

We are very sorry that the room you booked isn't available, it's not even in our inventory of rooms so we are unsure how this was even possible to book. All our king rooms have desks and a 2 queen bed room has a table and 2 chairs. We also would've been more than happy to replenish your toiletries if we would've known you needed them. We do appreciate your feedback it helps us to correct anything that maybe become an issue in the future.

This motel was a good price. They were accommodating in storing our e-bikes in a locked room near the main lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the building is older and a little rundown. We were only staying the night as we headed home so was ok.

This property looks like it should be torn down. They are trying to renovate but the improvements just mask the overall problem. Many of the rooms smelled so bad people in our party had to request new rooms.

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve stayed in, in a long time! So dirty, beat up, and just all together not clean or stocked. The rooms had limited towels… and we’re so beat up. Floors not swept/mopped. Built up dust on the walls, under the bed, not clean…. Bathroom floor uneven, and creaked. Tub didn’t drain… just not a pleasant stay at all. Would not recommend even for the price.

There was spoiling food in the refrigerator, the hardwood floors were not vacuumed and for the toilet to flush you had to hold the handle down until it was done.

The check in process and the Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small and the hotel was very noisy until about 3:00 am!

First arriving there the staff did not understand the credit card number being different due to me booking through a 3rd party online website. Second the hotel smells like cigarettes and is very musty. The hotel appliances (fridge, microwave and outlets) did not work and the fridge smelt so bad. Third the staff and manager accused my guests (family and friends) of things that were not true and they were very rude about it and never apologized about the accusations after finding out it wasn’t true. They stormed into the room while someone was in the bathroom and forced them to come out of the bathroom all to accuse him of something that wasn’t true and was proven to be not true. They gossiped about the accusation to all the rest of the staff “cleaners” even thought they should have never been involved. I was highly disappointed and hope they treat their future guests no matter the age group with more respect. After all people are paying for rooms that weren’t even in working order and never cause any issues.

Hello we are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay due to staff trying to locate the drug users in your group. I can say that no one stormed into your room and that the door was left open and 2 staff call out into the room due to the smell coming from inside. The guy I. The bathroom opened the door with a lighter in his hand. Weither you know what your friends do or not is not our concern, our concern is for the children staying at our hotel that are subjected to what your friend was doing and it is toxic and harmful. Our other cleaners up on that floor overheard you all talking about it in your room and then the guy seeking out any staff member that would listen to plead his case was quite a give away of guilt. Next time you stay somewhere please think of your surroundings and the kids that maybe around your room before unwillingly subjecting them to harmful substances. Thank you for your feedback.

Our floors had a bunch of dirt on them and the bed had dirt in the sheets. The location of the room was unfortunate on our end because a bunch of people were trying to destroy the vending machine and making a ton of noise. We called the front desk and yelled at the group of guys but it continued through the night.

We are very sorry for the group of drunk guys that were trying to destroy our vending machine. Upon investigating in the morning we found what room they were in and we charge them and make sure that they left that day. Saint Patrick's Day is it big holiday in this town does not give them the right to disturb other guests or try to destroy others property. We do really apologize that you were Disturbed and we hope to see you again sometime when there's not a bunch of drunken college kids running around.

The front desk lady was very rude and short tempered, they never had any clean towels, the outsde doors wouldnt unlock and had to constantly get our cards reactivated

Snow and huge puddle in parking lot. Lots of Dog poop on top of snow on sidewalks. Inside of rooms not vacuumed. Stayed the night to avoid incoming snow today, will never stay in this location again.

Very dirty, the parking had tons of potholes and needed to be plowed, our rooms weren’t cleaned on time. I booked 3 rooms and none of them were clean until 2 hrs after check in time, very unprofessional people working there. Dressed in pajamas and not in work attire. I would not ever stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone either. I am very disappointed and I would be so embarrassed if this was my business!!
