Acorde calidad precio
Habitación bastante completa y limpia, secador, plancha, tabla de planchar, aire acondicionado y hervidor de agua. Bastante silencioso, lo que se ve es un poco de falta de mantenimiento, poca luz en el baño, de tres lámparas solo había dos y una de ellas fundida. Por lo demás bastante bien. Colchones muy cómodos a mi parecer. Eso sí, llegamos muy tarde sobre la 1am y el parking estaba lleno, pero no nos pusieron ningún impedimento en dejarlo frente a recepción.

Room was clean, nice bathroom. Deluxe double room is comfortable, if you stay you can expect exactly what you see on photos. I would apprecitate to have in room minibar or fridge. Kettle tea and coffe availible.

I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests. There were faeces in the toilet, crumbs all over the tables, unmade beds, and half drunk bottles. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he was not present, but that I could telephone him. I phoned the manager only to be told that he could not speak to me and that I should call back in 30 mins! When I spoke with him, he refused to refund the cost of my stay. Appalling - the worst hotel experience I've had in Europe. Please avoid.

Rozczarowanie
Hotel w trakcie remontu. Pobudka za pomocą dźwięków pracującej wiertarki o 7.30.... Pokój niezgodny z opisem - widok na wewnętrzny parking dla obsługi hotelu (parter) - brak intymności (zdjęcia załączeniu), brak lodówki, mniejsza niż deklarowana powierzchnia... Jak na pokój w standardzie "Deluxe" za ponad 230 zł/ osobę oczekiwałem znacznie więcej. Na plus bardzo miła obsługa.

The hotel is nice, although a bit aged. We had an early start anyway so it wasn't a problem but it does get noisy early in the morning (building sites outside the window)! Clean but smells of old dust a bit. Very friendly service.

Bardzo słabo....
Jakość pokoju poniżej "standardu". Brudna poplamiona wykładzina i niedziałająca klimatyzacja w pokoju to tylko początek. Łóżko jak w "akademiku" oraz oberwane drzwi od szafy spowodowały, że opinia nie może być pozytywna. Za oknem budowa przez którą nie było możliwości otwarcia okna. Na plus hotelu bardzo miła mi pomocna obsługa, oraz bezpłatny parking. Smaczne śniadanie (w moim przypadku wymagało dopłaty 30 zł do noclegu).

The hotel needs a renovation, big rooms, quite comfortable bed, breakfast ok. there was a smell from the drain not only in the bathroom but in the whole hotel, maybe there was a problem only during our stay, cant tell... The odor was not unbearable but not so pleasant, my rating dont take this into account. But if more people feel the same over time then you have to consider another choice.

Very friendly service, good size
The room had a good size for one person with a double bed. Tv and wifi worked very well and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The service was excellent, very friendly and happy to respond to special requests. Breakfast had a good selection buffett and was very good (great bread) but sadly only till 10am on weekdays but 11am weekends.

close to town center
generallly not to bad, but no coffee making facilities in room as advertised. no restaurent at weekends. good breakfast and within walking distance of town and nice walks outside hotel up the river.overall for buisness good.

Nice enough
My stay was pleasant. the breakfast is a bit lame, however the restaurant is very good. The hotel is a bit far from town centre and the staff does not speak very good english but they are very friendly, just do not try to ask them anything complicated such as "how long it takes to drive to the airport in the morning". The beds are pretty hard for Scandinavian standards. Overall, a pleasant hotel since the rooms are very clean (thanks excellent floor staff!).
