The kitchen was well stocked and spacious, there were a couple of desks and work spaces, and the pool and sitting area in the back yard and upper deck were delightful. The shower was a bit dicey because the hot water was not always reliable, but other than that, it was a great place -- quiet, peaceful, tranquil, lots of lush greenery. „We were not satisfied with the accommodations! The property was in a gated community! We felt safe! We didn’t appreciate sharing space with unwanted cats, cockroaches & bugs. Pre trip information was lacking, laundry days, backup generator,& hot water on demand system.( not efficient) screen doors would’ve of been helpful for mosquitoes & air movement. Window screens were ineffective in keeping out mosquitoes. Unfortunately cooking utensils were lacking. “

„My family stayed at VIlla Iris at Sea Horse Ranch for 9 days over New Years. The Villa was perfect for us with 5 bedrooms, a nice large central gathering area and beautiful pool and backyard. The Villa was clean is is relatively new so it is in good shape. It is a short walk through to the beach and beach Club which was perfect for us. Overall I would recommend this Villa and would stay there again.“
