« A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. « Everything was great except for two items. 1. The in-room coffee maker was broken. 2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience. « Great stay overall! The staff was.very friendly and always happy to help. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Both the room and common areas were clean. The only real downside was breakfast. While the staff was also friendly, the setup felt a bit disorganized, and the price seemed high for the quality and variety offered. That said, I’d absolutely return – the friendly service, comfort, and cleanliness made it a great stay, and I would just pass on the breakfast. »
