I never write reviews but this place was worth it! We were 4 moms over 50 on a girls trip. Great location. Comfy beds. Lots of towels , shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, it was fully equipped. We loved the roof top deck. The views were spectacular. There is a grocery store right down the road less then a 5 minute walk, Costco as well right across the road. We cooked a lot there but there are restaurants close by. Short uber into town less then 10. I would highly recommend this place especially for the price. This place would be great for a family, a few couples or a great girls trip.

Great stay in Cabo

We had a great time during our stay at Vista Vel! The close proximity to Costco and grocery store are very convenient, and just a quick Uber drive to the marina. If you just want to stay close, there is the pool which was very quiet during our stay and could always get lounge chairs. However the rooftop was a favourite spot of ours, shade if needed, outdoor kitchen for grilling and keeping drinks cold. The property managers were very easy to work with. We did have a minor issue but they quickly resolved it. Up the road from the property (it’s a quick 5 minute walk up a dirt road) there are some great restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Views were amazing from the balcony and the rooftop. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful unit and views

The unit is even better than the listing suggests. It feels luxurious and was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck and kitchen were the highlight, and the perfect place to take in the gorgeous sunset. The main downside is that the views also include the grocery store and Costco parking lots, and the noise from the highway, which can make it a bit difficult to sink into relaxation mode. But, for the price and the other perks that come with the rental, it’s a trade off that felt worthwhile.

Great property

The property exceeded our expectations. Great view of the harbor. Unfortunately, proximity to main highway means there was alot of noise. We had minor issue with appliance and shower faucet. Property manager did what she could to help out. Walking distance to grocery store and Costco a big plus. You will need to rent a car or Uber. The grounds are safe and very well kept.

A Wonderful Vacation Home

Our family enjoyed this home immensely! Plenty of space for everyone and the rooftop was lovely. We grilled dinners, sat by the fire, star gazed and whale watched from the balcony! Costco and a large chain grocery are right on the same block, so quite convenient. We will be back!

This Condo is AMAZING!

Our experience from top to bottom was nothing but excellent. We thought the condo was even better than advertised. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations for sure. But that's only part of the equation. The hosts Lara and Ulysis were very responsive and helpful during our stay. They were available for anything we needed, and they made sure we were taken care of. We had guests for a week at a time throughout the 5 weeks we were there, and they all had such a great time. It is located close to the marina and Ubers are really easy to get and inexpensive. Costco and a supermarket are within walking distance, which is super convenient. And like some of the other reviews have mentioned, the rooftop IS so awesome. We spent most of time when we were at the condo on the roof top. We will be going back and would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Gorgeous Views

This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed at in Cabo. We spent the majority of our time either on the patio off the living area, or the private roof top patio complete with a swinging day bed, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen and bar area. The view from the rooftop is awesome. The condo was clean, spacious, a well equipped kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend Vista Vela 1!

Amazing roof top view

We had very little experience with traveling outside of the US, but I have to say that this experience with this location made it feel like we were working with a travel agency. They arranged the transportation for us from the airport, checked on us as we stayed, and also arranged our return to the airport. The condo is exceptional, private rooftop was great. The location is good, grocery store next to the condo, and just a short ride into Cabo. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Paradise

Things that are most important to me when booking a property are: cleanliness, safety, comfort, aesthetics and communication with the host. This property exceeded all of my expectations and that’s not easy to do. When I return to Cabo this WILL be the property that I choose. It was truly home away from home!

Cabo in June

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck which has an incredible view. There is a new grocery store opening in the next few months right in front of Vista Vela so you can walk to get grocery’s. Costco is right next door for larger items. June is a wonderful time to visit because there are less crowds.

Awesome Condo

We loved this condo. Plenty of room, comfy beds. Diego and Lana were great for all our needs. The roof top was our favorite place. Lots of space to hang out and bbq too. Great view also! We will defiantly be back.

Great Location and View in CABO

We had a great stay. The roof top terrace is wonderful with everything you would need for a great day of relaxing. Great floor plan and communication from the host. Nicely provided items by the host made the stay even more enjoyable. Look forward to returning.

Wonderful condo

My family of 4 stayed here for our summer vacation. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. There was so much space and both my kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The view of the arches is unbelievable , we cooked dinner in the private rooftop kitchen and enjoyed the view. The rooftop has so much space and even a 1/2 bath ! The condo is well equipped with cooking stuff and storage containers, grill accessories. The pool was great, very large, and again, view of the arches as you're swimming. The complex is gated and has 24 hr security, which was nice. Costco is right there as well. There is also a great supermarket up the road called Fresco La comer. Nicest grocery store I've ever been in. If you rent a car, there is a fabulous restaurant/farm in San Jose named Flora Farms. One of the best meals we've ever had. While we were there, we had an issue with the wifi and the property manager was so quick to help us and remedy the situation. Great communication. We would love to come back someday.

Completely enjoyed my stay! Lara was extremely responsive. Anything that was “wrong” was fixed by the next day. Excellent communication. All essentials and a wonderful homey feel. The place looks like the pictures. Will definitely request to stay again. Not disappointed at all!!

Spring Break trip

The condo is fantastic. Everything is updated, clean and comfortable. The rooftop outdoor kitchen area is by far the best part of the condo. It's fantastic! There's plenty of kitchen amenities as far as utensils, pots, pans etc. They had the basic spices, salt, pepper. We left the spices we didn't finish (cumin, rosemary, sage) and left olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The views of the arch and coast are beautiful, but you do have to look over the costco and the highway. The pool area is small and only has 10 lounge chairs, so a couple of days there was nowhere to lay by the pool. That was a bummer.
