Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse, which includes a complete workout room and access to the community pool, and clubhouse facilities.

Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.





Vista Vela phase III is a growing community — some construction noise may be audible at times. Most guests tell us it fades into the background of a great stay.

· Maximum occupancy: 8 guests — strictly enforced, $250 USD fine if exceeded
