Welcome to the Barkley Lakefront Lodge by Docks & Dunes, located on beautiful Lake Barkley in Cadiz, Kentucky!

Escape to this spacious lakeside retreat, perfect for large families, reunions, and group getaways. The main house features 6 comfortable bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Just across from the main house, you’ll find a charming barndominium with 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and entertainment space for up to 4 guests. For even larger groups, an RV is also available to accommodate up to 4 more people.

With room for up to 24 guests across all three spaces, this property is ideal for bringing family and friends together for a memorable Lake Barkley getaway!

The space
The large kitchen and dining area that can seat all 20 guests comfortably—perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
Inside, you'll also find three separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, socialize, or unwind.

Relax and unwind in the newly added hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with swing seating for cozy evenings under the stars. Guests enjoy year-round deep water access and use of a shared boat dock, making it ideal for boating, fishing, and swimming.

(Please rinse off before entering the hot tub to help keep it clean for everyone. A $200 cleaning fee may apply if excessive dirt or debris is found.)

During the summer months, take advantage of the floating lily pad—perfect for lounging on the water—along with 5 kayaks available for guest use.

This property is designed for both relaxation and fun—whether you're enjoying peaceful lake views or entertaining your group with the many on-site amenities. Pets are welcome in the barndominium, but not in the main house.

There's also an extra 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twink Bunk bed on the camper that you can use.

Boat Rentals: There are several boat rental options available in the area. Subject to availability, guests can rent a pontoon boat that can be delivered directly to the property's dock for added convenience.

Please Note:

Please use caution and be mindful of the natural lake environment, including uneven terrain and wildlife.
Please make sure the ladder is pulled out of the water when not in use and after use to help prevent algae and slime buildup, which can make the dock ladder slippery.
Grocery stores and other shopping options are a short drive from the property, so we recommend picking up essentials before arriving.
