« I was hugely impressed by this hotel. Physically it's a characterful building. It's well looked-after, it's got a really good restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful without tipping over into being intrusive. They have sensible car-parking arrangements and the setting, in the centre of Conwy is only 5 minutes' walk from the castle. I enjoyed Conwy as a town very much as well - pretty and with shops you actually want to go to. I toured through Canterbury, Whitby, Conwy and Hay-on-Wye...

« The room was very clean and spacious and the service was excellent. Breakfast, which was included in our reservation, was prepared individually and was fresh and delicious. Only downside was, due to the old building and the location of our room, that we could hear every single step of guests walking around in the hallways. I assume any other room would have been a lot quieter. Over all though a brilliant experience, would book it anytime again! »
