« Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available.
No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?!

« A great location with great amenities, near two big grocery stores and lots of places to eat. Perfect for a sightseeing journey around the Welsh Highlands.

« I booked this property for a 3‑night stay. At first glance, the apartment appears modern, spacious, and well‑designed. Unfortunately, the stay was severely impacted by major cleanliness and hygiene issues, which made the accommodation unsuitable and unsafe.
