"Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Liegt nah am Hafen. Das Hotel hat einen Hintereingang bzw. -Ausgang. Dabei hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf's Riesenrad. Gerade in der Nacht ein sehr schöner Anblick. "

"Ich musste mehrmals mehr als 10 Minuten auf einen Fahrstuhl warten. Einmal musste ich die Rezeption anrufen. Es kam jemand und hat mich abgeholt. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer entsprach nicht meinen Anforderungen. Der Boden wurde anscheinend sehr oberflächlich bis gar nicht gesäubert. Das Zimmer war ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. "

"The property was ok, clean and a pool area in the middle. A small playground which is absolutely unsave and dangerous for children. The family room was on the first look clean, but lots of insects were in the corners and under the beds. The corners were not clean. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting, stinky and everywhere rost ants and dirt. The wall in the sleeping room was wet. We stayed 3 nights and didnt slept during the nights because of noises from neighbours who didnt care about other guests. 2nd night we called the management and luckily somebody came and ended the noise. But the employees seem indifferent, annoyed and not really motivated to ensure a relaxing stay. We cannot recommend this hotel."

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, located closely to the Marina. Perfect if you plan to do tours to the reef. The room was spacious, with a great view. "
