Darling Downtown Everett+Wifi+Long term Stay+Dog Friendly

Great downtown Caldwell location on a quiet street. This darling house is within walking distance to downtown Caldwell and all it has to offer. A great coffee shop (one of my personal favs), grocery stores, movie, theater, skating rink during the winter months, restaurants and more.
Nicely furnished 1 bedroom/1bathroom with a washer and dryer and a fully fenced yard. High speed WIFI available. Very comfortable for a short stay or even an extended stay.

Fabulous property!
My husband and I stayed at this property for a long term work trip, and it was perfect! It has everything you need including a washer and dryer, which is very useful for longer stays. The kitchen was great, too! It's a very quiet neighborhood, and yet walking distance to downtown Caldwell and Indian Creek Plaza. The owner Monique is so kind, and she was easy to reach in case we needed anything, and she always responds quickly to texts. The parking is on the street (no driveway or carport), but that's not at all an issue; there was always a spot right in front of the house, and it's a fairly wide street, so no worries there. The yard is also fully fenced, if you bring a dog with you. (We didn't, but other reviews mentioned it.) Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, cute home. We were here for first week of Christmas decorations downtown, magical! House was a short 5 minuteish walk to downtown Caldwell. Very comfortable place for a couple!

Our doggy loved having a space she could go outside, being off-leash. We enjoyed a wonderful walk to the Indian creek plaza. We had everything that we needed including a comfortable bed.

Clea, quiet, within walking distance to downtown
Cute little cottage close to downtown. Fenced in front and back yard. Clean and cozy. Only thing missing was outdoor seating. We had great weather and dinner outside would have been nice. Would recommend the property for anyone traveling to Caldwell.

Caldwell Oasis
My wife and I along with our Golden Retriever (Abbey) drove from NC our 10 month old grandson. We spent 10 days at Monique’s cottage and it was perfect for us. Great host…Quaint Cottage….Recommended!

Cozy and great location
We stayed for 4 nights and it was so cozy and comfortable. Loved the ease to walk downtown from this location. So grateful this place is pet friendly since we had our dog with us. It was great to have a fenced yard. Monique was a wonderful host.
