This house was perfect for us. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us for a family reunion. Another couple or children could have occupied the third bedroom. We loved the recliners! The entire house is tastefully and well appointed, and very clean - almost new. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The location: half a block from the charming old town. We could walk to coffee shops, restaurants and the lively riverside park. Ben was responsive every step of the way. We'll stay here again the next time we visit family.

The property was very clean and in a great location. Everything was in great working order. Unfortunately it rained one of the days and there was no games or playing cards to use. A little detail that would have been nice.

Traveling between OR and CO with two small dogs, this place was a breath of fresh air. Clean, convenient, hard floors meant not stressing about dogs in an unfamiliar place. Host was responsive and friendly and gave a great recommendation for tacos too!

I had an amazing experience at out stay. It was our first time in Caldwell and will look to stay here every time we are back in town. The place was spotless, comfortable, and even nicer than the photos. The hosts clearly put care into every detail, and communication was quick and friendly throughout my stay. The location was perfect!! Walking distance from great food, quiet, convenient, and a great home base for exploring the area. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The home was very nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The host is very responsive with check in and out very easy! There was a lack of blankets as well as no towels in the kitchen. There were no washcloths in bathrooms with only one hand towel in each bathroom. The parking in the back with the garage was nice! The road in front is extremely busy and pretty noticeable in the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure!!!!

Highly recommend! My wife and I stayed at this property over the weekend. The host Ben was great at communicating and the check-in process was great! Really nice home with plenty of room for us. The garage even fit my long bed truck :). We will be staying again in the future! Thanks again Ben!
