Location de vacances de particulier à Caldwell

« Description is perfect! Comfortable 2 bedroom loft apartment with a side entry upstairs and separate parking. Comfortable beds, communicative host, and quiet surroundings. Definitely would stay here again! »

« Home is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We rented it while in town to attend a wedding. It was a perfect! »

« Exactly what my family needed being in town for a week long basketball tournament. A little extra space and privacy and able to cook a few meals. Nice park within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with amenities. »

« Great place. »

« House was great! Well stocked with coffee, little creamers, pots and pans, plates, etc. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The property was clean and welcoming, we were a party of eight and everyone had their own space. The host was accessible and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home. »

« We love this house! Its always clean and ready to go when we arrive! Great location and great communication! »

« The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

« Great price and nice place to stay! Communication between host was excellent! Would definitely stay here again and recommend. »

« The house was very clean and had all the appliances needed for cooking. The host was also quick to respond on a few questions I had. We would stay there again »

« Very clean, beds very comfortable Convenient to University »

« Adorable house with great spaces. Large comfortable master and a well stocked kitchen. Hosts were very responsive, arrived early and they worked to get us in with the code. You could walk to Walmart and it was easy to get to all things A&M. The garage has a nice set up with furniture and darts and an extra fridge. Would stay here again! »

« This home is the perfect distance to game days, conferences and anything B/CS has to offer. Our family was in town for a cattle show so having a washer and dryer and detergent supplied was a huge plus. The bright and clean interior was a welcome respite at the end of the day. We will definitely be back to enjoy this quiet and tastefully decorated home! »

« The only thing was that the street that you are on will require you to go out of the way just to go across the Walmart or anywhere »

« Great house and very clean. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac. House was well stocked and had everything we needed plus more. Excellent communication from host Kathy. We had a small issue on the first day but Kathy responded very quickly and was able to take care of it very quickly, which was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here. »

« Great house! Great location!! »

« The host was responsive and accommodating on check-in, which we appreciated. However, the property itself was disappointing for the price point. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pests, mold/staining in bathroom areas, dirty kitchen items, worn furnishings, and non-working appliances. Overall, the home did not match the condition presented in the listing photos, and we ultimately chose to leave early rather than stay the final night. »

« I loved that we each had our own bathroom! »

« We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything so much easier. The home was very quiet, and I really appreciated how peaceful it was after long days out. You can tell they put a lot of work into remodeling the space, and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! »
