« Was okay. Found that the extra sheets were just thrown in the cupboard so weren’t sure if they were clean. Also in two of the stays the shower was clogged and the second was even after we had requested they check their places. The communication was almost too much. We go to these places to get away from the phone and they messaged a lot to check up and right after we would check in. Was a bit much but they did respond quickly most of the time when we needed help. The toaster was broke in 2/3...

« Everything was clean and like the pictures. The communication was easy and Michael made sure we felt at home and was at our disposal during our stay. We had a great time there! »

« We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy. »

« Good location for shops and food nearby. Very clean and Char was great. She kept us informed and let us know we could reach her if need be but she didn’t hover. Excellent stay! »

« Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc. »
