We stayed one night in this hotel because we wanted to be closer to the airport to go home. We regretted it. Front desk was alright, they did their job. Nothing fancy. Then we went to the room, it was stuffy, the sink counter was clearly going to fall down any minute, the pictures on the walls were damaged as well as the mirror's frame and the shower floor was very stained, who knows with what. We opened the curtains and the "view" was just a wall which made the room super dark too. We decided to give the pool a chance, there were no towels left, it was freezing cold. Our kids were really looking forward to get in but it was unbearable for them. The bed was fine but we booked a king and a pullout couch and they didn't even leave linens to make the bed. By that time we were so tired to call reception we all slept on the king bed... Breakfast was yummy but they only had one staff who obviously needed help with the rush. She was the only member of staff who smiled at us. There was no coffee, no plates and no cutlery when we arrived. Only paper plates and bamboo cutlery which is fine but not what we were expecting. The best way to be green is to not use single use plates and cutlery. We gave our kids a quick rinse in the sink before leaving because we were nervous to step in the stained shower. Needless to say, we won't stay in this hotel again...

Overnight stay for a missed connection - this place was convenient and reasonably priced. But anything around is not very close to the airport. Uber about $20 US each way. The staff were amazing so friendly n helpful.room was big n roomy n comfortable.Disappointing the hot tub was out of commission.And a hiccup in the internet .Over all thumbs up .A hot Breakfast was a nice touch .egg’s sausage hash browns toast or English muffins pancakes yogurt fresh fruit muffins n cereals .l am celiac but l made it work .one thing l would suggest is fix curtains in all windows n clean entrance glass doors n glass windows n do some clean up out front of hotel.it needs some TLC.I will definitely stay here again

Rooms were dingy and in poor condition. Holes in the walls, old AC, tiny outdated tv. The bathroom door didn’t close AT ALL and you had to really pull on the main room door; my brother just pushed it open! When we checked in they gave us the room but when we got in, it was not even close to the right room. We had booked a king suite and they put us in a tiny room with a double bed - did they really think we wouldn’t notice the wrong room? PS they only gave one robe lol Tiny little hot tub, pool was okay. No towels both days we went into the pool, had to go to the front desk. Cheapest “nice” hotel but not worth the money. Book elsewhere!!!
