« Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room »

« This may just be my new favorite place to stay when visiting family. The king suite was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, pillows sufficient, and quiet. The bathroom is small with low water pressure but it contained large bottles of hung shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. « The walk in shower and the friendly staff. »

« The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend it. »

« The property smelled odd and needed a deep clean and some updating. Also charging for breakfast, when others have it included is ridiculous. Not impressed with this being a national brand. Very disappointed. »

« Came for college tour. This was excellent and seamless. Room was large and everyone was great. If my daughter chooses this school. This where I will stay when I visit. »

« It was clean I said comfortable »

« Clean room, friendly staff, close to everything I needed to go to, great for a one night stay! »

« The location right on antique ave was perfect. Our room was beautiful- bed slept great, pillows A+. Owner fixed breakfast and it was amazing. The kitchen is set up with snacks and drinks which was perfect for late night. We loved our experience! »

« Man at front desk with check in was probably the rudest staff I’ve ever come across staying in hundreds of hotels/ motels over my life. He was mumbling and belligerent, and looked like he’d just been released from the state pen. He would make an excellent video example of how not to do that customer service job. »

« We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and stocked! John was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time in Monroe!! »

« Hotel bien entretenu, chambre propres. Personnel a la réception compétent. Petit déjeuner copieux mais par contre je regrette l'absence de thé. Il n'y en avait pas non plus dans les chambres. »

« Friendly staff, clean room and great pool. »

« Friendliest and most personal, welcoming staff I’ve encountered in decades! Absolutely clean and litter-free inside and out! Great location. »
