The home was very clean and our host Carl could not have been more accommodating, special little touches, prompt in communications and informative with a formal personal greeting! We chose this location that was perfect for our wine tasting locations that we had chose, as well as a visit to the Redwoods and Goat Beach. Would highly recommend!! »

The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house! »
