« When we came to check-in, the person on duty said he couldn’t give us the king size room we booked thru Expedia because a customer has asked to be put next to their friend’s room but they were coming the next day. So he gave us a dbl queen rm.
The following night, there was so much noise in the hallway by our room close to 11pm. When I popped my head out the door, it was one of the front desk clerks yelling profanities about kids to allowed to leave the room. Needless to say, we barely slept...
