Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cancun proper, this condo is a great option for guests who want to stay in the city center while remaining close to the beach. You’ll be within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment, and you can also enjoy walks along the Malecón or explore downtown Cancun’s restaurants and nightlife.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy by taxi, rideshare, or car. The central location makes it convenient to explore downtown Cancun, and the Hotel Zone can be reached in just a few minutes by vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Prior to your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID for each guest staying at the property, as well as a signed copy of the condominium regulations and your estimated arrival time—all required at least 48 hours before your in-person check-in. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with building management policies.



The condominium undergoes regular, professional pest control as a preventive measure. However, due to the city’s humid climate and lush surrounding vegetation, small insects like ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we kindly recommend not leaving open food out on the counters or outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes a deep cleaning before your arrival and another upon your departure. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of welcome amenities, including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you require additional cleaning services or an amenity refill during your stay, we are happy to arrange it for an extra fee.



To ensure the air conditioning functions perfectly throughout your stay, please keep all doors and windows closed while it is running. Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not set the temperature below 21°C (70°F), as lower settings can cause the unit to freeze or malfunction.
