There was a hole in basement floor and basement door would not shut all the way which is not real secure .It was very cold and drafty in base bedroom/ karaoke room.Loose rocks on the outdoor fire place that is a safety issue. I feel like it was ok. We enjoyed our time as a family. Just feel like it’s not worth almost 400a night total.“

„Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. “

„We were very graciousy welcomed by our hosts who also were kind enough to provde us with some goodies as well. This was our second stay at this charming cottage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and only wished we could have sat on the covered porch while we were there. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon. “

„Location is ideal for exploring the land of waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway, then relaxing in the hot tub!!! This is our third stay here and we highly recommend it and our dog Roxie approves!!!“
