This is a perfect spot for families or friends to escape to, whether it be a quick weekend getaway or extended holiday. You are perfectly located within walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants and trails. After a day exploring the Rockies, relax in one of the three outdoor hot tubs or enjoy the year-round heated outdoor pool, which offers a breath taking mountain view.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and ensuite. Brand new 55" smart TV and ceiling fan. Blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom has a Queen bed along with blackout curtains, also with brand new 55" smart TV and ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom is just adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. There is an additional bed in the pull-out sofa in the living room, which also comes with blackout curtains.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for cooking a lavish dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast or lunch. If you are a grilling person, there is a brand new bbq on the deck for your use and new patio chairs to relax in for morning coffee or just to relax will enjoying the scenery.

After a day out exploring come back and relax while enjoying a show or movie in front of one of the three new smart TV’s (68" in the living room).

There is laundry within the unit for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board.

High chair and pack and go are available should you have littles and children friendly dishware are in the unit so that you don't have to pack these extra's.

There is a secure and heated underground parkade for your vehicle, with a maximum height of 7'3"/2.2 meters.

You are just a short walk into the beautiful downtown of Canmore.

No skiis or bikes within the unit. There are bike racks just outside the main building should you wish to lock your bikes up.
