• On the fourth floor of a private residence with an elevator, the apartment has 67 m² of indoor space, excluding its two private balconies of approximately 3 m² each.

• Both balconies are for your exclusive use and have sea views.

• The spacious living area and separate, fully equipped kitchen give you room to share meals and downtime.



• Up to 6 guests can stay in total, including children.

• The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed; the second has two 90 x 190 cm single beds.

• A convertible sofa in the living room has a 140 x 190 cm mattress.

• The shower room has a raised threshold to step over, and there is a separate toilet. The toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room.



• The living area includes a bar, a 46-inch / 117 cm Smart TV with channels via an Orange decoder and 2 Gbit fibre Internet/Wi-Fi.

• Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

• High-quality furnishings create a comfortable setting for a short stay.



Air conditioning and heating are managed centrally by the building management. Air conditioning is generally active from approximately mid-May to the end of October, and heating from the end of October to mid-May. These periods may vary from year to year with weather conditions and building-management decisions.



One private underground parking space is reserved for guests and included; maximum vehicle height is 2 m. Explore Cannes on foot: Le Suquet approximately 4 minutes, with restaurants and the view of Cannes Bay from the church; Marché Forville approximately 6 minutes; Old Port (Quai Saint-Pierre) approximately 8 minutes; Palais des Festivals approximately 10 minutes; La Croisette and its beaches approximately 10 minutes; the start of Rue d'Antibes with its cinema and shops approximately 10 minutes.
