« This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! « This was a great location, I loved the suite style room with many amenties in the kitchenette. The Bar Daniel and roof top were fun and so convenient. The staff was amazing! Only recommendation is to have hand soap in the bathroom. Weird that it's missing and had to use the shower gel. »

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »
