« Le chalet a été très décevant, il était dans un état de non entretien. Le linge est usé et taché. Le mobilier vieillot, la climatisation bruyante. C’est dommage il y avait du potentiel et surtout un accueil sympathique et les petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts alors qu’ils n’étaient pas inclus. »

« The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty. There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward. On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition. « Was a nice property, nice location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Was clean with nice amenities. Never did meet the owner but he sent door code in an email. »
