« We loved staying in this wonderful location in the heart of Florence. It was a short walk to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Traveling with three young adult children, having three bathrooms was an absolute godsend. Our host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property and will try to stay here again the next time we are in Florence. »

« Very nice renovated medieval farm house. Rustic interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good directions for operating the appliances. The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top. »

« Perfect location, walk to EVERYTHING! Beautiful apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Lorenzo was a wonderful host. Greeted us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, gave great restaurant recommendations and booked us taxis to leave. Highly recommend and we hope to come back! »

« Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family. »

« Wir (4 Pers.) haben vier Nächte hier verbracht und waren begeistert. Sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, toller Garten und nur 10 Minuten Fußweg durch einen herrlichen Park zur Tram, die direkt in die Stadt fährt. Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir wieder her. »

« Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend. »

« We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. I would highly recommend villa Lucia a very genuine...
