„House was very cute and looks just like the pictures! Comfortable beds and living spaces with nice and modern upgrades. Backyard space was nice to soak in the sun, when it was out. Would definitely stay here again. “

„The photos of two of the bedrooms on the website are from a completely different property. Bedroom 2 in particular is a lot smaller than expected.There was no dishwasher even though one is listed in the property details.We noticed there was a leak in the living room ceiling. This began dripping after we had used the shower in the master bedroom. The crack in the ceiling where the leak was coming through looked like an old crack that had been badly patched over.Television didn’t work properly ...

„Unsere Woche in Canterbury war super...typisches englisches Cottage in einer perfekten Lage, keine 5 min zu Fuss bis Stadtzentrum, bis zentrale Bushaltestelle für ganzen Kent Bezirk und bis zu grossem Supermarkt. Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, man findet alles was man braucht inkl. komplette Küche. Kommunikation mit Besitzer einwandfrei. Danke !“

„Absolutely beautiful property! Spacious grounds, thoughtfully equipped, very well maintained. The pool area was wonderful and warm, and seems to have been recently refurbished. The local pub appears to have closed but it was only a short drive to nearby towns.We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here, thanks a lot.“

„Haus, Wintergarten und Garten sind sehr schön, ruhig gelegen und es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um Canterbury zu erkunden. Das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber, aber das ist ohne Geschirrspüler leider kein so seltenes Thema.“

„The Walnut Tree Cottage is exactly how it's described in the details, as are the surroundings. It's comfy with lots of space, is well equiped and the garden is spacious, secluded and the fence is a plus for dog owners. We were so happy that our two Ridgeback boys weren't only tolerated but welcomed! Another big plus for dog owners is the lovely countryside with lots of options for hikes. James is a lovely guy and was always there when we had a question or asked a favor but other than that he ...

„This place exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, well appointed, and very convenient (3 minute walk) to the cathedral and central areas of Canterbury. Don’t forget to duck…some of the ancient beams are low but that adds to the essential charm of this freshly refurbished historical home. “

„All rooms are absolutely huge and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen / living space which is bright and airy with bifold doors out to a glorious garden. We had a great stay and would recommend it for large family groups. Location-wise, it is literally a 10 minute walk into the city centre.“
