Easy to find. Practical for parking. Possible to eat near the hotel.

I'm not sure what amenities they're asking about, there were none. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff were not friendly nor helpful. The person at the desk barely acknowledged out presence when we went to ask a question. The guest were friendlier. The room was very small. For a hotel as bougie as this hotel is supposed to be, or was rated as, you'd think they would have better coffee than Maxwell house crap. The ice and water dispenser was on the first floor. Why not have any on the second floor as well? This is minor but depicts a bigger issue - in our room there was a picture frame with dead butterflies pinned to the back. However, the top half of the large butterfly was separated from the bottom and stuck to the back by something, I didn't want to mess with it to find out what was holding it there. If something as simple as this cannot be addressed, maintained or prevented by placing glass or something in front of the frame - what other issues are there? I am very disappointed with the stay here. I was not impressed with this hotel.
