    Relax and unwind at this cozy Canyon Lake house that sleeps 4. Only 1.4 miles to boat ramp #5. Take your morning coffee on the porch and feed the deer. Unwind after a fun day on the lake and watch the sunset. The living room has a big screen Smart TV, DVD player, queen sofa sleeper (Brand new Sofa Sleeper, June 2021) and table with seating. The kitchen boasts all the comforts of home and is fully equipped. The island has 4 bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious full bathroom has a deep soaking jetted tub. This home has a washer and dryer. There is a propane BBQ grill outside, firepit (firewood not provided), and enough parking for 2 vehicles and a boat.

    Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO parties, this is a residential area, quiet hours are enforced. No smoking. One small dog considered, please inquire. There will be a $25 per day pet fee if we accept your dog request. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect to the local attractions including Whitewater Amphitheater and Schlitterbahn.

Excellent place to stay

This was an excellent place to stay in while staying in canyon lake!! The house was clean and well taken care of. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! I will absolutely stay at this place again when I come back.

It was nice and cool but we couldn't open the window without bugs flying into the house. Other than that, we would love to come again when in the area.

The house was clean, except the bedroom. The carpet, chair, lamps and bedspread had lots of long white pet hair. We had to vacuum and wash. As others stated in reviews, the cabinets are annoyingly hard to open without knobs. Take a flashlight if your pet needs to go out at night as the porch light isn't sufficient to light the yard.The kitchen is well appointed minus a dishwasher.The host company was quick to respond to us when we reached out.A great little lake house for a couple to call home base.

Nice lil peaceful lake getaway!

Absolutely had great time with my wife and 2 dachshunds! Deer are everywhere to where u can have them walk right up to you to feed them. Neighbors are nice! Would love to stay again one day in near future!

Light switch in bathroom does not function properly.. Some dishes have chips, one of the three coasters and the tile floors in kitchen area have some cracks. All this was noted upon arrival.of course common wear and tear was noticed. Otherwise, this property was very comfortable and homey. Wi-Fi was good and climate in house was excellent. Good location…clean home with all the basics. Enjoyed the deer each morning and evening.

Good little lake cabin…grills needed cleaning as did the front porch! The actual house was neat and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning and evening. The neighbors were all friendly as well.

The place has some nice features: remodeled kitchen, granite countertops, wood floors. It suited us well enough (low price) that we stayed 3 weeks. But there were lots of issues. The shower tub didn’t drain well, so you’re soon standing in a few inches of water. The grill was very rusty - hasn’t seen much use. The shower mat was moldy, so we didn’t use it. And the tub jets were also moldy. The new cabinet doors and drawers have no handles, so you have to catch an edge with your fingers to get them open. Why put in new cabinets with no easy way to open them? We sent a longer list to the property manager, so hopefully improvements will be made.

Great Little Home

The inside was perfect. And completely equipped kitchen, they werent kidding. It had everything you could need! Since we did catch rain, it would gave been very nice if they had at least part of the porch fully covered. It is not. Also, the backyard could have done something more with. Stickaburrs and just not tended to. Also, a part under the house where you could actually sit out of the rain, had old broken chairs and stuff. That was unappealing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior of the cabin is recently refreshed and the curb appeal is nice. As for size, it fit our family of 4 and a newborn nicely. That said, the sofa bed mattress was very warped and worn. If my kiddos weren't so young, they would have probably been complaining up a storm. The extensiveness of cleaning requirements and fees associated with it gives me a bad taste. We regularly stay at Hilton Resorts and have never had anywhere near this amount of chores to do upon leaving especially given the cost of the cleaning fee associated with renting the unit.

It did not provide for a comfortable nights rest as it is severely worn and bowed. It needs replacement. I also did not realize (my fault for not looking closely enough) that there is no dishwasher. Other than that, the home was nice!
