Magnifique hotel, prestations de très haut niveau, équipements de qualité, chambres très spacieuses et confortables, très beau spa, équipement sportifs dont une très grande piscine accessibles facilement, bref, absolument rien à redire.

Parfait en amoureux!!
Tout était parfait dans un cadre extraordinaire Le personnel est devoué et se met en 4 pour être bienveillant (merci encore à Simon et Cesar) Les chambres sont belles et très propres A l’acceuil on parle Français donc ca facilite tout pour organiser son séjour Si on veut être constructif en point de progression: Juste le service au niveau des boissons Dans les cafés ou room service un peu lent pour avoir nos verres (+ forfait de 7€ pour le room service pour une frite à 6€ pas forcément logique et un peu excessif par rapport à d’autres hôtels de même standing ou c’est gratuit) Suggestion d’amélioration: avoir un coin cosy avec transats ou canapés louage en intérieur comme le bar à tapas mais qui n’est pas ouvert la journée (en tout cas en période d’hiver) En journée en décembre on ne peut pas prendre un verre sans s’attabler par exemple Un espace détente avec chauffage extérieur si besoin et ou on pourrait boire un verre serait un vrai plus hors saison (l’espace piscine prenant le relai en saison) Ce sont des détails car on souhaite toujours pinailler quand on atteint la quasi perfection C’est un cocon magique où il est ressourçant d’y être et où nous retournerons pour notre plus grand plaisir

한국인 신혼부부들이 선택하는 이유가 있었네요! 수영장이 아주 크진 않지만 숙박객들이 이용할 때 혼잡하지 않고 분위기가 아주 좋았습니다. 특히나 풀바 직원들이 유쾌하고 친절해서 기억에 남아요. 조식이 아주 맛있었고 저녁엔 타파스바를 갔는데 블로그 후기와는 다른 메뉴였고 선택범위가 아주 좁았어요. 미니바도 계속 채워지는 것으로 이해했는데 정오에 한번 채워주신다고 합니다! 덕분에 룸서비스 맥주 계속 시켰어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 룸서비스 중엔 핫도그랑 중국볶음면 아주 맛있었어용 객실이 넓고 테라스도 좋아서 휴양지 리조트 느낌이 납니다! 칼로데스모로도 한시간 거리에요. 잘 쉬다 왔습니당!

We decided on a last minute stay after eating at Voro and it was a great choice - rooms were well appointed, service and staff excellent. Highly recommend.

no late checkout despite asking twice and empty
great hotel, amazing brasserie, good breakfast although not great. main problem was despite asking twice for a late checkout, there was 'no availability' happy to pay but still no. online almost total availability. why not! just didn't want to.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Anlage wunderschön. Preis Leistung stimmen aber nicht ganz im Vergleich mit anderen Grand Hotels. Obschon die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind war das Hotel Management überfordert. Zu wenig Personal, lange Wartezeiten bei Check in oder Tischplatzierung beim Frühstück. Die Minibar wurde ebenfalls nicht aufgefüllt obwohl im teuren Preis inbegriffen. Zudem waren die Teppiche im Zimmer nicht sauber. Der Spa Bereich und das Treatment haben aber sehr positiv überrascht. Dort stimmte Preis Leistung sehr. Sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal und Preise angemessen.

Whilst the hotel is generally beautiful and the pool area is lovely, we simply cannot recommend Cap Vermell. The service was impersonal and lacking generally. You might expect some service around the pool but alas… When I spoke to reception to complain that our room had not been cleaned one day, the staff member essentially tried to place the blame on me, when in reality they forgot to clean our room. Our room leaked when there was heavy rain outside. We notified them of this. You might expect an apology when paying this price….but no. Requests for additional decaf coffee pods were ignored… The restaurants are at best average and charge Michelin prices (we didn’t go to Voro … which actually has the stars, as it is adults only). The Japanese restaurant was closed (we were not made aware of this on booking). The kids meals are heavily salted and don’t include any veg (even at EUR14). The room was generally unclean (the grout is grubby, the edges around the sinks have grime that is not cleaned off). Despite our issues, we were not asked if we were happy with our stay on check out. Nobody cares. To top it off, they brought our bags down but left one on the buggy. I didn’t notice as I was strapping my son in his car seat in the car and my husband was settling the final invoice inside. The taxi driver obviously didn’t see this as it was left on the buggy by the hotel staff. I am told it will be posted to me but I will wait to see if that happens.

Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. Also, they don’t display wet floor signs so be careful when it rains as the area around reception is very slippery. I fell and injured my knee pretty badly. The room was lovely, quite big with a good view of the resort. In room amenities are perfect.

I visited this property when it was Park Hyatt. Though the hotel, rooms and facilities remain the same, some changes are made as the furniture looked different and the overall decor. Through the restaurant staff were pretty attentive and polite, I think the check in folks at front desk need to smile more often. They look too serious and not very pleasant at times. Food was good and the breakfast buffet is great, but food choices are limited at the restaurants. One restaurant serves 12-19 course dinners which is too pricey, one closed when we arrived and the other 2 didn't offer much to impress. Our first night at the tapa's bar didn't end well. We ordered tapas and fish, my entree arrived, but my sister had to wait for over 30 minutes to get her fish dish. The server said we are short on staff and the chefs was managing by himself. I was amazed for a 5 star property that charges $500-850 a night to be short on staff. I can say that while most of the property remains the same, the service quality is nowhere near Park Hyatt standards. Also the rooms need some light touch as the sink in the bathrooms look old and the caulking around it was visible.....not very attractive.

Veldig fint hotellområdet, rom og restauranter. Ikke 5-stjernes service på hotellet - vanskelig kommunikasjon, mye frem og tilbake. Feks tok det tre dager å få booket en spatime og da vi ringte for å få hentet oppvask etter roomservice ble brettene stående utenfor 1-3 dager hver gang.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. The only reason why I would give it 3 stars is because of the property, cleaning team, delightful breakfast team and the ROKA restaurant team. It would benefit if management at reception stayed at a true 5 star hotel so they know what kind of service they are expected to provide. Just read this used to be a Hyatt and from what I experienced they are still providing Hyatt level service which is mediocre but not a luxury 5 star at all. I work in the luxury bridal industry and will inform all my colleagues and clients to steer clear.

Overall, it's a pretty average 5-star hotel. My wife is vegan. None of the restaurants have proper vegan options. In addition, they were not accommodating at all to cook something for my wife. We ended up eating outside throughout our stay. They lack proper communication within their own departments. We told them that my wife was vegan at check-in. No one informed the F&B department. We asked for cutlery in the room. We ended waiting for more than 30 mins, no one came. Even the room facilities like shower is pretty average. Room fridge was not cooling properly. This was one of the worst 5-star luxury stays that we have stayed and would not recommended.

Very nice resort of high standard. The only drawback could be that it is a bit remote, but with a rental car this is no issue. Really nice restaurants offering delicious foods. Relatively large swimming pool that never appears crowded. Staff generally friendly and willing to help. When in a room higher up quite some stairs to walk but a golf-cart service is available as well. Definitely a recommendation!!!

This property is immaculate. The service is top notch. The amenities are 2nd to none. The property’s is only 2 minutes from the beach. The views from our suite were amazing. I visited this property for an anniversary celebration. My wife loved this place from day one. We spent 5 days at Cap Vermell. We never got tired of the views or the service. The staff was more than accommodating throughout our stay and went above and to fulfill every request. I would definitely book again.
