Pros: -extremely clean...floor, bathroom, linens, etc.-fantastic water pressure and heat!-excellent location, 2 minute walk from the beach, very quiet upper class neighborhood-cute plaza 1 mile away with a grocery, restaurants, shopsCons:-This place needs some serious maintenance! There are taped over holes in the walls; lamination is separating on kitchen & bathroom counters; exposed ...

„We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!“

„Beautiful peaceful spot. Using Laurence’s kayaks to go down the river to the ocean beach was the highlight of the of the trip! Good location to restaurants and shopping. Our dogs loved playing with Shadow, Laurence’s wonderful pup. Our host gave us good recommendations and was available for any questions. “

„The house is in a great location being close to all of Brewsters amenities but also having a beach at the end of the road. We didn't get to use the kayaks as the weather was great, but it was good to know they were available for us. We had everything we needed in the house and it was better than we expected. As it was just the two of us we didn't try the pull out bed. Even though we were there in the bad weather the house stayed nice and warm. We would come back here. “
