Not great experience
When we arrived there were dirty dishes sitting out on the counter. Also, the half bathroom smelled terrible the whole week we were there. We tried to identify where the odor was coming from but never found it, the other bathrooms did not smell. Half way through the week the central air was not working, only the fan was running. It was very hot, and the owner stated they spoke to multiple technicians and they said this was normal that in hot weather AC units may not be able to keep up. The owner did install two window units which helped with circulation. The owner looked at the central AC unit, changed the filter and said he didnât see anything wrong. The owner also said an AC technician would stop by but we never saw one. While circulation in the unit helped the temperature never dropped below 76 degrees. With 4 kids including one under two this made for an uncomfortable experience especially when the outside temperature was over 90 degrees. Other than those issues the unit is in a great location and the owners were responsive , however, clearly the AC unit is not working properly.
