We booked the executive suite in the 18 th floor.
The room was well equipped and clean towels and bedsheets in a dally bases renewed, what we liked.
The receptionists were always friendly but when you had bad luck, inefficient.
For instance for our last day we arranged with the receptionist a late check out at 2 pm
Coming wet in hotel slippers and bathrope back to my room at 12.45 that day, my card for the room was not working. The nice cleaning ladies in this floor called 4 ( four!!!!) times with the reception and always told me, they will send up someone within minutes- what did not happen and after waiting for help for almost half an hour I had no other option , to take the elevator wet in bathroom and slippers and make my appearance in a pretty busy hotel lounge. At the same time in the conference center,some events took place, the Westin lobby was full with people, and for me it was pretty embarrassing, to insist on my interests, to finally get back access to my room and making a scene among customers and hotel guests formally and professionally dressed.
The Loui’sB restaurant in the evening was after 9 pm almost empty , it took the waiters a long time to bring you the menus , the food there was better than the one lamb dish I had the day after in the On19 Restaurant the Lamb porchetta was ( sorry) one of the Most greasiest dishes ever
The gym needs more daily maintenance to may sweatstains on the floor and in the runningmachines. I expectbetter service
