Cafés, local eateries and convenient amenities are just minutes away, while the island’s major attractions, including the Penguin Parade and Cowes township are an easy drive. It’s the ideal base for both adventure and unwinding.



Getting Around:

Getting around Phillip Island is best done by car, as it allows you the freedom to explore the region's stunning beaches, wildlife parks, and picturesque towns at your own pace. Public transportation options are limited, making a car essential.



Other Things to Note:

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.



House Rules (Important, please read)



To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:



1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.

2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.

3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies..

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 4 guests unless prior approval is obtained.

10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 2-3 cars in the driveway.



NOTE: Reservation is not 100% confirmed until guest verification process has been completed. Strict council rules apply to this listing.
