In a beautiful panorama, carefully restored with great attention to detail and with quality materials to maintain the original look with exposed beams, we find this beautiful flat on the third and top floor of an old farmhouse / rustic building. This rustic restoration with exposed beams and free wifi is located on the third floor of a farmhouse with a total of 10 flats.
The house is in the centre of the village of Pazzon, a hamlet of Caprino Veronese, below Monte Baldo and a few minutes drive from Lake Garda.
It consists of an open dining room with a kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. In the kitchen, there is a cooker with an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer, a waffle coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bidet, a washing machine and a toilet.
The first bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons, for a total of 4 persons.

CHECK-IN - between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and subject to availability with an extra charge of €50 for arrivals between 9 a.m. and 12 noon, €30 between 12 noon and 3 p.m.
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 will incur a charge of €30 and after 22.00 a charge of €50 for overnight service.
LATE CHECK-OUT - on request, subject to availability with surcharge. Can only be arranged two days prior to departure and incurs an additional charge.
STAY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years old) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - bed linen and towels are not included in the booking price. Bed linen and towels can be reserved at a cost of €12.50 per person. The same rate will be charged for each additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. Possibility of separate beds upon request at an additional cost of +€10.00 for the bed linen set. Possibility to bring your own linen and save on the final price.
FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS - are welcome in almost all flats, subject to prior notification at the time of booking. The cost is €20 per pet, for the entire stay.
