Please be aware that there is a separate annex located at the rear of the garden. The annex has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main house.

You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

The property includes one dedicated parking space for guest use, located at the rear of the property. Access to the parking area is via the side road on the left-hand side of the property. We hope this makes your arrival and stay as convenient as possible

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay. You will receive a message from us once you book to complete your checkin so we can share all the checkin information including access codes. You can communicate with us via your platform messaging. We also have a dedicated guest phone line open 9am-10pm daily.

Positioned directly on Brook Street, the property places you just a brief stroll from local shops, cafés and everyday amenities. Treforest is a vibrant and welcoming area, popular with students, professionals and visitors alike due to its proximity to the University of South Wales and excellent transport links. Guests can enjoy a variety of local eateries, convenience stores and green spaces, while Pontypridd town centre and Cardiff are easily accessible by train.

The property is located a very short walk from Treforest train station, making travel to Cardiff and the surrounding areas incredibly straightforward. Treforest station is approximately 0.2 miles (around a 4–5 minute walk) from the property and provides regular services to Cardiff Central, Pontypridd and other local destinations. Several local bus routes also operate nearby, offering convenient connections throughout the area.
