Location de vacances de particulier à Carnelian Bay

« Peaceful, lots of sun, end of culdesac, large deck. Comfortable cabin feel. »

« The property is good but honestly it is old and need to be renovated. »

« Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there. Also, the gas fireplaces churns out the heat on a cold day for sure...

« ZERO stars for accuracy of listing and TWENTY stars for the setting and view. This property was billed as luxurious.... in fact it is in the name of the listing. The grounds were amazing, the view spectacular.... the problem is that the house was very run down, and actually dangerous. Many, many issues. At the very least, luxury needs to be stricken from the description. »

« Spacious. Law is nearby. »

« This condo worked perfectly for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was roomy and very well equipped. The condo was everything we wanted and needed. Host was very good at communicating with us. »

« Nicole and Cam were very accommodating and responsive. Not one issue the whole visit. The living room was cozzy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for opening your home to us!! »
