Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt - schönes Haus mit großem sauberen Pool. Gepflegtes Anwesen und großes Gelände. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas ergänzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Endlich unser persönliches Paradies gefunden!
Nach mehrfachen Anläufen ein geeignetes Feriendomizil für die Großfamilie (7+ Hund) zu finden, sind wir hier fündig geworden. Schon die Anreise durch einen schier unendlichen Olivenhain - fern ab von Partymeile oder Stau - traumhaft! Der Empfang durch die sehr herzlichen Eigentümer des Anwesens - Rita& Giovanni - mit Wein und Olivenöl als Willkommensgeschenk - ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet reichlich Stauraum, eine großzügige Küche mit allem was man braucht und herrlich gemütliche Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten rundherum. Erwartet man allerdings eine luxuriöse oder besonders stylische Einrichtung, könnte man vielleicht etwas enttäuscht sein.. Auch die Bäder sind ‚zweckmäßig’ :) .. Der Garten hingegen besitzt einen parkähnlichen Charakter - auch die Zufahrt zum Anwesen - wunderbar! Alles landestypisch, sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Zahlreiche Obstbäume erfreuten besonders die Kinder! Die Krönung der Außenanlage ist der SEHR große und tiefe Pool! Tägliches Toben& Leistungsschwimmen konnten parallel stattfinden! Auch der schon häufiger erwähnte ‚Pizzaabend‘ durch Rita& Giovanni war eines unserer Urlaubshighlights! Beste Pizza überhaupt!!! Herzlichen Dank nochmals von allen 11 hungrigen Gästen!!! Um nun nicht nur zu schwärmen, hier ein paar klitzekleine Kritikpunkte am Paradies.. Eine Wespenplage vereitelte schmerzhaft so manches Frühstück. Ob es hier aber tatsächlich etwas gibt, das Abhilfe schafft? Das WLAN funktionierte zum völligen Entsetzen der Kinder nicht und war auch durch Giovannis mehrfachen Einsatz nicht zu ‚reparieren‘. Die Erwachsenen störte das eher weniger … Das Anwesen liegt ca 6 km auf engsten Straßen vom nächsten Bäcker/ Supermarkt entfernt. Man muss also den Einkauf schon etwas planen.. Zum herrlichen Strand sind es dann doch ca 18km (Spiaggia di Pilone). Scheinbar sind wir alle ‚Weich- Schläfer‘ und hatten Probleme mit den Matratzen - im Appartement ist das Bett etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden. Ebenso die Einrichtung dort.. Aber all diese Kritik ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau und schmälerte keinesfalls unser Urlaubsvergnügen! Selbst eine vergessene Sonnenbrille sendete uns Rita nach und schimpfte nicht über zerbrochene Teller.. Fazit. Ein herrlicher Urlaub im Nirgendwo - mit ausgezeichnetem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Hoffe, wir kommen bald mal wieder!!

Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt trotz unserer größeren Verfügbarkeit nicht perfekt war. Beim WIFI lag das Problem am Netzwerk und nicht an der Struktur, leider sind auf dem Land die Verbindungen begrenzt. Für die Wespen muss kaum darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Landschaft ihr natürlicher Lebensraum ist. Wir werden die anderen Kritikpunkte berücksichtigen, um den Standard der Villa zu verbessern.

Schöne Villa mit riesigem Pool
Die Villa ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt und daher nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer es ruhig haben will, wird hier fündig. Das Objekt bietet alles für einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden oder der (großen) Familie. Besonders der Pool ist der Hammer, da man dort locker mit 8 Personen baden kann und auch mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen ohne nach einem Zug am anderen Ende zu sein. Toll sind auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Lounges sowie die Outdoorküche. Wem also der Spot im Urlaub das wichtigste ist und gerne zu Hause grillt oder kocht ist hier richtig. Wer gerne abends noch kurz vor die Tür will, muss das mit dem Auto machen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und kümmern sich um alles, der gemeinsame Pizzaback Abend war besonders für die Kinder super.

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten
Auch wir können uns den vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur anschliessen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gross und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Der riesige Garten mit den wunderschönen, alten Olivenbäumen und dem grossen Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum Entspannen und in Ruhe zu geniessen. Rita, Giovanni und die ganze Familie, sind sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Von ihrer Gastfreundschaft und ihren wunderbaren Kochkünsten ganz zu schweigen. Alles in allem sehr schön, wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Puglia paradise
We explored all of the great sights of Puglia, but coming home to this villa was the best part of the day. The property is large with lots of fruit trees and olive trees around the property, the pool is spectacular and the home is immaculate. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to make it a perfect experience. If you go to Puglia, this villa is in the center of it all. Look no further- this is a paradise. CH family

Super villa
The villa was really lovely , very spacious and just as described - if not better . The outside areas were brilliant , and the pool was beautiful. The area is so tranquil and peaceful . We had a minor problem which was sorted out immediately. Communication was excellent . 1 small suggestion perhaps to have a few more mugs ? But we had a super week . Thankyou .

Three weeks in the olive groves
We stayed for 3 weeks during August 2022 and had an amazing time. Rita and Giovanni are literally two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and went massively over and above to make our stay memorable and easy (providing recommendations, organising taxis/baby sitters/chef services/ clearing services, and even providing some medical advice!). The highlight of the trip was Rita and Giovanni coming over for dinner to make pizza’s in the professional pizza oven, which is part of the outdoor kitchen. We felt like a real Italian family! The house is great and exactly as advertised and the ground are beautiful. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower got plenty of use with the kids and were a big hit. The villa is an easy drive to Ostuni but there are countless equally beautiful and interesting cities within 30-40 minute drive to explore. The beach is an easy c. 10 minute drive away as well and many beautiful options. You will need a rental car as the house is not really walkable to anything. Overall a fantastic trip, house, and most importantly hosts.

Villa Francesca
Fantastiskt hus med underbar pool, vuxna som barn kunde hoppa och dyka i den. Många bra platser att vistas på, både i sol och skugga. Värdparet Rita och Giovanni var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Bra läge för att kunna göra utflykter till såväl stränder som städer. Bil ett måste om man vill röra på sig.

Simply amazing time and trip to Puglia thanks to Rita and Giovanni!
We have planned our trip to Puglia and were looking for a convenient, central and beautiful location to stay during our 12 day trip. Rita & Giovanni Villa has exceeded all our expectations and we truly enjoyed our stay from the very beginning to the end. It is a charming property that has everything you need to relax and enjoys vacation being surrounded by ancient olive groves offering tranquility and peace while having all the amenities of the modern home. It is very conveniently located to all the key attractions and sightseeing places Puglia has to offer. Rita and Giovanni are simply amazing hosts, super easy and highly responsive in communication, always accessible and very helpful with local tips and suggestions to enjoy the area. We highly recommend this property and hosts and will be gradly returning in the future!

Splendida vacanza in un contesto da sogno
Ho soggiornato in questa splendida Villa con la mia famiglia (6 adulti + 2 bambini) nelle 2 settimane centrali del mese di agosto. La villa è inserita in un contesto suggestivo, presenta ogni tipo di comfort ed il proprietario, Giovanni, è sempre molto attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Nei dintorni è possibile fare diverse escursioni in bici ma anche a piedi nonché godersi splendide giornate in piscina o raggiungere facilmente il mare. È sicuramente una vacanza che consiglio e che spero di ripetere al più presto!! Grazie. Giulio

Amazing rural retreat
We have just returned from 9 fantastic nights at this amazing rural villa! It was very clean and well equipped and we can’t praise the lovely villa owners, Giovanni and Rita, enough! They were so hospitable, even baking us all a huge pie and showing us how a real pizza is made using the impressive outside pizza oven! The outside space is beautiful with a huge pool and patio area, surrounded by olive and various fruit trees. We feel extremely lucky to have been able to experience this special place in the middle of such gloomy times. We hope to come back again to explore properly in the near future.

Puglian retreat
We had a wonderful 2 weeks' stay in the villa. Gianni and Rita went out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we had everything we needed.........excellent hosts. Complete tranquility amongst the olive groves, yet close enough to lovely beaches, great restaurants and towns. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice - it was just as beautiful on the inside as the outside. Since previous reviews in 2015, owners have installed A/C in the downstairs apartment. We would highly recommend and hope to go back there one day.

Une villa magnifique pour une vacance en Italie dans la région des Pouilles
Notre famille ( 6 adultes et un petit bébé) avons séjourné pendant 2 semaines à la Villa Delle Francesca propriété de Giovanni et Rita. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été charmés par le lieu. La villa est moderne, spacieuse et située dans une campagne paisible au milieu des lauriers et d’oliviers plusieurs fois centenaires. Les propriétaires Giovanni et Rita nous ont accueillis très amicalement et ils se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long de notre séjour…(et même après) et nous ont aidés à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. La villa offre de multiples endroits où on peut se reposer confortablement à l’abri du soleil sous la galerie en dessous de la pergola ou à l’ombre des oliviers. Pour ceux qui préfèrent les bains de soleil, l’aménagement autour de la piscine est idéal. La piscine est de bonne dimension, propre, et la température est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Pour découvrir les Pouilles et ses jolis villages blancs, ou pour aller à la plage, la situation de la villa est idéale et permet des excursions d’une journée dans les villages environnants et un retour à la villa pour un repos et un rafraichissement bien mérité. Bref c'est un endroit de rêve pour une vacance inoubliable. Ce fut pour nous un merveilleux séjour. Merci à nos hôtes Rita et Giovanni Anne et Robert Montréal

The villa is suited for 8 guests and 2 children as the salon with the divan bed is adjacent to the 4 th sleeping room We experienced the kitchen equipment as basic However The hosts were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants and beaches

Lovely villa, fantastic hosts
Villa was absolutely lovely, particularly the large pool and surrounding area with comfy sun beds and well kept gardens. Rita and Giovanni were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. As we were arriving late evening Rita prepared a lovely meal for us which was a great treat. Some picturesque villages nearby to visit, Ostuni being our favourite. Would definitely recommend Dish for food in Ostuni and La Loggia in Carovigno, both recommended by our hosts and both lovely quality food in great surroundings.

It seemed right to have dinner and breakfast the next day, considering the late hour they arrived. We were very pleased to host a nice family with very polite guys. They left the villa in perfect order.

Magnifique!
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette superbe villa entourée d'oliviers centenaires. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine énorme et agréable pour les enfants et l'espace barbecue est parfait pour passer de magnifiques soirées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la maison et l'intimité que celle-ci offrait ( une salle de bain pour chaque chambre) malgré le fait que nous étions 11 personnes! Rita et Giovanni étaient à l'écoute et TRÈS disponibles. Cette région est tout simplement superbe et nous avons tous passé d'excellentes vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Valérie N.

Exceptional Vacation

vacanza nella villa di Giovanni, con magnifica piscina e grande giardino con prati e ulivi
Ho trovato esattamente quello che mi era stato descritto nell'annuncio, e cioè pulizia, piacevolezza degli ambienti ampi e confortevoli, ottima e strategica posizione per poter fare mare e visitare i paesi della zona. Inoltre è da mettere in risalto l'accoglienza dei proprietari, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Quindi il mio giudizio è ottimo, tanto da consigliarlo a parenti e amici. Ed io ripeterò sicuramente la vacanza perchè rientrata in città ritemprata e soddisfatta. Grazie quindi a Giovanni e alla squisita Rita.

Très belle propriété, située près de sites intéressants.
Il s'agit d 'une très belle propriété, confortable et située au milieu des oliviers et donc très tranquille. Elle est aussi proche de divers sites touristiques très intéressants comme Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et surtout la piscine même si la mer n'est pas loin du tout. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Vu la capacité d'accueil de la villa, il manquerait un lave-vaisselle et surtout la climatisation dans le 2ème petit appartement. Le séjour a été très agréable et riche de découvertes culinaires et culturelles et la villa peut donc être recommandée à quiconque recherche calme, mer, balades et découvertes.
