The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house! Highly recommend! »

« The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking. »

« Walking distance to the beach! Love that there's a record player inside. Water pressure is great. Check in check out was a breeze. The hosts had a binder full of recs and local tips :) »

« Everything about this place was heaven for me and my teenage kids - the host is delightful as are her dog and donkeys. The place is quaint, comfortable and peaceful and I wish we had stayed longer as there was so much more we would have liked to explore. »

« The home was pretty dirty in a lot of corners and areas and every fixture was falling apart. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The outdoor area was a mess so you couldn’t sit anywhere. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. All of the pots pans and utensils were disgusting looked like they hadn’t been washed and the dishwasher was so gross we couldn’t use it. We paid way too much to stay here we should’ve stayed at a hotel instead. »

« Omg! What a delightful place to stay. The owner has curated the place in the most charming, efficient and comfortable way. The attention to detail was noticed. From the complimentary local tea, organic creamers in fridge and spice collection to the heated patio, comfortable beds, and spacious set up!!!! We were 4 adult women concerned the space would be too small for us but it was the contrary. Square footage was small but the high ceilings, open air concept and furniture layout felt much...

« Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...
